What is the most popular size for subli cushion covers..

Hi guys...There are many sizes for subli cushion covers..30 x30. 35x35 40x40 and 45x45..my question is what is the most popular. .and also do u guys print both sides of them??....Please help.thanks

Our main size is 45cm square, which we print as one piece of 100x50cm fabric, and then fold/cut and sew into the cushion. Printing as one piece, eliminates one side of sewing, which saves time in production. This (45cm) is a good size, as you can fit 3 panels across the 150cm width of the fabric roll.
This method means we get 3 cushions per metre, so one roll (50m) of fabric gives us 150 cushions.

Cut and sew is very interesting .tho i hve the access to it I don't want to do that as it take lot of time .so am looking for just normal.. My max print size is A3 so 45cm is too wide for me...is 35cm a good size? If I sell just covers without inserts (less postage cost)..

35cm seems quite small compared to most UK cushions I'd see in shops being more around 45 and bigger (our biggest being 75cm square)

40 x 40 in the ready made ones I also print onto fabric and get them made again 40x40 but a higher quality product.
