Help

I'm not sure what is going on, but my ST3042 is taking about 25 minutes to heat up to 400 degrees F. It will cycle up then cycle down each time getting a little closer, but lately it has been doing this over and over taking longer each time to reach the temperature. Any suggestions as to what is going on with the machine.

Thanks

I couldn't be sure but it sounds like you need a new thermostat/Temp Sensor.

I don't know of anyone in the UK. Parts are not expensive at all but shipping is another story as you'll probably have to buy from China (If I'm wrong and there's a U.K supplier anybody please chime in).

When I purchased my machine I bought a spare vacuum pump, Solenoid, Motherbored, Air-filter/water-trap, and touch-screen. Unfortunately I didn't buy a temp sensor/thermostat.

If you do have to get from overseas it may be worth purchasing all the spares you might need so you're covered next time. Failing that - Just grab another cheap machine and use it for spares.

You can try to contact this seller for some spare parts www.bestsublimation24.eu
I'm not sure if they sell something like that, but you can ask. Got my ST3042 from them, works just fine.
Not a U.K. supplier but maybe better than getting stuff from China.
