I've purchase a mug press and some mugs..but what sort of packaging do people use/ recommend? are those polystyrene boxes any good?

I haven't posted mugs out, but have recieved them in the post in both polystryene and cardboard. I personally prefer cardboard as it's easier to recycle and the strong cardboard postal boxes are certainly sturdy enough for normal mugs. Plus they flatten down so take up less storage space. I think if you're doing anything other than "normal" 10 or 11oz mugs it's harder to find the packagaing from my searches so far.

I ship a lot of individual mugs and only ever use the smashproof cardboard boxes, never had a breakage yet.
