Unable to print through powerdriver V4.2

Hi Guys
My Ricoh won't print through Powerdriver V4.2. When I go to print it shows up in the printer list that it has printed but nothing comes out, yet if I print using the Ricoh Driver it prints fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver now, still nothing. I am wondering whether to do a factory reset on the printer as well.

All sorted. Image was to much for the driver to process. Reduce the quality and Bobs your Uncle.
