looking for a ribbon printer

Hi,
client with a 3 week deadline looking for:
432 printed ribbons for an exhibition next month (deadline W/C 02/11). Here are the dimensions:
· 25cm long
· 2cm wide
White text - just a couple of words.
Anyone want to take this or give me a price?

might be a bit late but i would think a job that size would make a sizeable dent in the purchase of a ribbon printer - I seem to remember a husband and wife team at Printwear last year were selling a system that would do exactly what you want and a whole lot more with what seemed like a reasonable unit cost for ribbons. I have a figure of 600 quid in my head which I am sure included a load of materials.

Of course i have no idea what they called themselves and just to add to the fun there were several companies selling ribbon printing systems that seemed to range in price from reasonable to eye watering.

we used to have a ribbon printer, but found it was more trouble than it was worth .....probably because we didn't use it enough to perfect the process!
