Really need help now

Please someone help!!!!
The bloody thing has now gone crazy!!!! When I first turn it on and my load media it offers 3 options.
Roll 1
Roll 2
Sheet

I press Roll 1 and normally the cutter head shoots across the vinyl and picks up the 2 edges and the end. Now all it does is goes to the right hand edge and slowly, i mean real slow it takes about 3 mins, goes right across the cutter to the left hand side and set off the y axis alarm. It doesn't pick up any media at all.

unplug it for couple of minutes. it may be buffer or memory thingy... this is only guess thou. had it with my craft robo for a little while.

Have tried the good old turn it off and again.
Have turned off the pinch sensors for now.
Will have a proper look tomorrow.
