Graphtec FC5100 contour cut

Hi all
I have recently got , see above and I can't get it to contour cut. I have googled all the videos I can find and user manuals but when I go into cutting master there seems to be no option the "use registration marks" yet I can place them on the image and print them. Is this an optional extra for these machines. I know I can contact graphtec but it is a Saturday and I don't want to waste more time if it is something I can't do with this machine.
