Wanted - print and cut vinyl signs for concrete and rough surfaces

I have to provide some peel and stick circular signs for a stadium where the client wants to place them on concrete pillars, metal pillars, bins, doors walls etc. They need to be very durable as football fans can be a little destructive and bond to the rough surface well. Hopefully with a 3m adhesive backing specifically for rough surfaces. Need about 50 x 5" and 20 x 10". Had some done locally but they faded after a year and didn't adhere well.
