Thanks you for all your suggestions so far. I have attached a couple of images of what I am getting if that helps. Can only really use one of the side of the paper so that rules that out. Did wonder if it was the quality of the phone covers, but they all seem to be the same for all the different models. Reckon I am still down to paper, inks, or printing profile. these were cooked for 450 secs at 195

Those look like the results I was getting after following manufacturer instructions. I wasted hundreds of cases working out the best way to print phone cases with those big vacuum presses, and the key was down to the pre-heating of the jigs. Here's a breakdown of what I do, and my cases are always 100% perfect:

Preheating the jigs is a must. I work out what I've got to do this session and put them in the bottom for 20 mins while i do a couple of mugs
