Re: New Starter Pack Ordered

Post by taz8130 »

Well, after a lot of research,I have now placed my order with Listawood for my Mug Sublimation Starter Pack.

Hopefully it will be with me in the next few days.

In anticipation of this, I have been searching the forum to download the sublimation sample that Paul kindly posted some time ago, bu have not had any luck locating it.

Can anyone on here point me in the right direction of the link for this download ?

I've messaged Paul and he advised me to seach the forum for dsf mug but that search just comes back with an error stating too many results

It's now official - I am an idiot !!

After the reply from Skye I realised that I already had the mug template, I just didn't know that I had it.

I had been searching for a link to an actual downloadable file. It then dawned on me that the .jpg image contained in Paul's post was what I needed. A simple right-click on the 2 images and I had them.

Talk about not seeing the wood for the trees!

I am now the proud owner of a Listawood Starter Pack.

Only lost a few mugs to breakage during transport, so a very happy chappy.

I think I have a very steep learning curve ahead of me.

Thanks Paul. I'm just reading through all the literature that came with the pack. Plan is to take things slowly but I have a big urge to just plug everything in and start making a few mugs and learning as I go.

Another big thankyou to Listaprint concerning their after-sales support.

Rang them today at 09:10 enquiring if they had templates available for the heater bands that came with my mug press.

By 09:13 they had emailed me a zip file containing templates for all their printable products.
