I had a nice reminder today of how well TheMagicTouch care for their customers.

I had an order arrive by courier with the normal SMS text messages advising me to the hour when the driver would be making the drop which is REALLY useful as only yesterday I missed a drop from another supplier whilst out for 20 minutes making a delivery and I have to wait till late this afternoon for the redelivery MOST annoying and it will put that order a day behind.

Anyway back to TheMagicTouch...... there was a minor issue with there delivery when I opened the box so I sent an email...... Well pleased or what, the response from Carl just confirms how much they appreciate our custom, I cannot recommend their customer care and their support highly enough.
