Ricoh SG 3110DN print not working since Windows 10

I have the above printer which has been working fine, but since i downloaded Windows 10 its not working.
i have had no problem before i am not very techi minded so please keep any answers simple to understand

our two machines worked fine after, do you use the power driver or icc? I use the ICC...

often if you have printer problems it's best to start from the beginning, remove the printer and reinstall from scratch.

I use power driver. Many thanks Futureproject - i was just thinking about reinstalling,so will give it a try.
