Yay to a great forum

Hello,

I joined the forum as I've been looking at starting a mug press business from home. This forum is great and has so many answers!
I've done some research and if (when) I decide to buy I will defo sign up for premium membership.

I'm currently torn between 2 start up packs, one from Coralgraph and one from Listawood. They are both around the same price, the Listawood is £100 dearer (then minus a members discount).

One of the things I haven't got my head around is the ICC profile. I kinda don't understand it........

Can someone explain it to me?

And has anyone else purchased these start up packs??

To be honest if you get the Ricoh starter packs the printer is as near as a plug and go as you get. You use the ICC profile provided by Sawgrass called Powerdriver. If you wish to learn more there are several members on here who I am sure would be willing to explain them in more detail.

My biggest tip is pull up a chair, a large cup of tea and read as much as you can on this forum before doing anything else. Also join as a member and get your discounts from several suppliers.

Personally I'd go for the Listawood out of the two as their backup is superb. i wouldn't discount Xpres either. At the risk of sounding blatantly biased, two tips, first join this forum...tick! Second, join our Premium Membership and save 10% off at Listawood!

Thanks Quinsfan, I have been perusing the site a lot tryin to find the answers lol. I found a few YouTube videos online which explained the icc profile - so I almost get it!!
