Hi Guys, Any help would be appreciated.
I'm new to the game but have a basic knowledge of Print/Photoshop. I've been helping a friend out printing T-shirts/hoodies etc which has been fine... until he bought the SunAngel systems!
Were using OKI C321DN's SunAngel 32WB & SunAngel 32CS
I'm having trouble with the white ink (SunAngel 32WB) not matching the base printed colour ink (SunAngel 32CS)
I'm using a colour overlay in Photoshop (Red #cc000) and the paper is aligned correctly in paper tray. I've tried different overlays and searched online but still can't seem to get it right! Is it my settings or the printer alignment? (Probably me)
If anyone has experienced this or can give any advice,
Thanks in advance

If you are SURE all the paper guides are set correctly and you are inserting the paper in to the straight path feeder correctly the pressing the blue riser/locking button and you still have alignment issues then you need to go into the printer software setup and adjust it there for perfect allignment.

Personally although you can make adjustments I think that might be down to the capabilities of the system. I am not a fan of the Sun Angel system for a lot of reasons, but one thing to note is that they are using cheap OKI machines. I use these OKI's for other work and go through about three a year as they are built very cheaply.
As a work around you may want to set up a trap system. This is where you make the colour larger than the white. This is standard procedure for litho and normally the trap would be .25pt. Although it looks a lot larger than that on your photos. Perhaps try a 1mm trap.

I know its not the answer but for block colour like black and red you don't need to print white white is only needed when printing on dark colours where you want white in the image
