Ricoh GX7000 showing ink empty
Re: Ricoh GX7000 showing ink empty
Hi All, I have a Ricoh GX7000 which has a new magenta ink installed but it is showing as empty. I have tried 2 different cartridges with the same fault showing.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
Thanks
Keith

I've resolved the cartridge issue but now I have a paper misfeed tray 1, set paper correctly. When I try to print I get a noise from inside the printer. There is no paper jam and I cant see anything else wrong. Any ideas?

Got this fixed now I can't get rid of the error close the front cover or duplex cover. Tried a few things I found online but nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions on an A3 sublimation printer. Looks like I will have to part with some cash!
Thanks

Thanks ArferMo, I fixed this but now I have an error: close front cover or duplex cover. I think the sensor has gone so currently looking at the A3 Ricoh Virtuoso 800.ArferMo;103543 wrote:Ricoh parts dept/glue/3D printer
