are you sure it is not 2.00 hrs? and you need to set it to 0.08 for say 8 mins.
Many thanks
Iain

the timer on this has 4 digits, so one would presume it goes up to 120 mins....

just set it for 0.02....that to me should be 2 sec....but, yep you are right, it is 2 mins .....odd to say the least...working fine

Could you please tell my wife that
1. I am right
2. I know how to work something that belongs in the kitchen.

righty ho chaps

dont laugh, it is my first hal-mug.....can print mugs perfect of the other machines fine, so no newbie here before any of the newbies on here chip in

will need another few mug tests to tidy up print around handle, and master the blending of the joins/seams
as you can see, its not just right, with bleed here n there.....but it is my first...practice and few mugs later should make prefect....should !

this was WITHOUT any green wraps guys...just the paper/heat tape only.
done one with green wrap and.....didnt put any other paper in-between the wrap and print paper = one binned green wrap, as it was marked with ink...lesson learned

that was only 10 mins, and i think it will need little more as it slightly faded towards the bottom...so will increase the temp a little next time tomorrow to 15mins and see
also just bought new thermometer from ebay..so it should be here in 2/3 days, which will also aid in checking temp

and that camera flash top and top right of handle causing reflection guys

we're struggling with the green silicone wraps not being tight enough on 10oz mugs

you dont need them bud.....just make sure paper and tape is well tight around mug.....and tape right around mug or you slowly watch it peel off bit by bit as the fan kills it lol....very disturbing knowing you cant do anything about it ..nightmares tonight then.. death by halogen lol

i,m sure this can be perfected, ( with more time and wasted mugs ) eps round handles...i know justin was on about this a while ago, so thought i give it try....but...and its a BIG BUT....
for large runs, this method of printing up to handle is just not viable. takes way to long to get things prepared, so for long/bigger runs/orders, this is a nono for me anyway

You're oven printing successfully in volume without wraps?
