Re: Sunangel Customer Service
Love them or hate them, On Saturday i had a Issue with my white printer which caused me to remove my Fuser and a error message appeared on my Printer which didn't look too good. I emailed Annie at Sunangel with a slight panic on what i should do next and at what cost it was going to be to be fixed. First thing Monday Morning i received a reply with instructions on how to clear message and a brand new Fuser in the post. Not much i can say to that really but sometimes i believe Great service deserves a mention now and then so thanks Sunangel (Annie)

What the difference between Sunangel Printer and an Oki White Printer ?
Re: Sunangel Customer Service
Dave that is good to know. It's scary when you get those messages. I had a jam on my Oki 610 a few weeks ago. Seems it was user error:rolleyes: but TMT had me back up running pretty quick and thankfully I did not need to replace the user.
Isaac the SunAngel use Oki printers. Their white printer system is two printers, one prints the colour said parts of your image and the the other prints the white part. You put your transfer paper into the the colour first and then the white. Or you can use the white printer for just white designs.
Cheers

SunAngel - Cheaper printer as they are a cheap and cheerful engine, registration might be an issue on smaller type or thinner lines.
OKI White (with TMT papers) - More expensive to start up but cheaper in the long run, better built machine, established company and a variety or transfer papers available.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...
