illustrator cs6 to graphtec craft robo How to get my craft robo to cut it HELP

Well, I finally got illustrator cs6 that works with vista. Yes I have an old pc but it works. I'm so frustrated as I have made a great design just using text and different fonts for a local restaurant. I just want to cut it out on my craft robo cutter. It is just plain vinyl, nothing printed. I spent all day yesterday trying to figure out how to sent it over, but it won't do it. Somebody said dfx files but robo no likey. I'm doing something wrong or missing a vital bit. Any ideas on what I need to do to get my texts cut out? Really appreciate any help, Jules

Hi, don't know if this will help, but here is the link to the support page for Graphtec. The first two sections at the top of the page have software for the CraftRobo. One of them is the Illustrator plugin for CraftRobo A4 cutters.
