Any reccomendations for stock control software?

Which version are you using then John? I know you said Quickbooks2002 but is it the 'pro' version?

Just for info (in case anyone else is reading with interest), I decided to visit and join the intuit forum/community and ask if simple start was good for stock accounting and the answer came back with the following:

You will need at least Quickbook pro version. Stock control is not available in SimpleStart

So, quickbook simple start was £99 + VAT .................. the pro version is a few hundred!

Looks like I need to sell a few more mugs then

Bloody hell I didn't realise I couldn't have my own opinion - there we go, shot down in flames again. I think next time anybody asks for advice i'll keep stum.
