Custom Colour Profile

Can anyone recommend a company who can do a custom ICC colour profile for my Ricoh?

if you are using sawgrass ink you don't need one it's built in to the power driver.

Using sawgrass inks but the colours, especially the reds are not accurate.

Where would I find Paul's details please?

I suspect that you are sending from Photoshop and using the wrong setup.

But a generic will never be as good as a custom one - for some users it is good enough, but if you want as good as you can get then you need to go custom.
Having said that, as using a generic profile should be good enough, I'd assume that the OP has something wrong to be asking the question, or knows that he wants to get as good as can/better than he is currently.
