When removing my IPhone 5 case and putting it in cold water round the dummy phone 2 times 0ut of 5 it bends back on itself and cant be retrieved, the other times they're fine.

does anyone know why this is please?

Would need to see the style of case, but as a general rule I let mine air cool if I can.

Hi pal, this is the type of case I'm using. I'd love to leave them to air dry but I only have 2 dummy phones for these, so I have to work in rotation. could reducing the time in the oven help? I don't have any problems with any other models. I do them for 7 mins at 190 which usually rises too 200 with the machine.

Those look like the exact same ones I use.

I would suggest you let one air cool to see if that solves the problem, if it does, more dummies are required, if not then I would agree with you and reduce them temp.

Thanks mate, I've reduced time and temp today and I seem to have got it right, :)
