Looking to get a profile made, who are the best people to go to ?

Hello, I'm new to the forum. Recently purchased a sublimation press and printer. I was given a print profile that I was told was a medium between printing photo images and block colors. As I am only making cases with block colors and illustrations I want to get a profile made that suits this the best. Who would you recommend I contact? Thanks for any help
