A customer that I drop ship for has asked to use the polystyrene mug mailers as he saw them advertised and liked the idea. I rarely use them (ie only when asked) but have always popped them in a plain grey plastic mail bag. The customer went "Uhhhh....Why?" ... " Well it looks better" was my reply.
Long and short is I'll do what ever way he wants, but does anybody just send them out as a Polystyrene box, address label and postage? Am I just a bit odd?

Re: Polybox Mug Mailers...as is or wrapped?
When I used to sell on ebay that is exactly what I did.
Printed mug, in a polystyrene box, label and stamp directly on the polystyrene box. Quick easy and the cheapest way I could find to do it.
Never had one smash either (in about 1000 ish).

Janners i am happy to be odd, i guess if its big qty and the customer wants them that way, then do them that way, and keep "our way" for your own orders

I've seen those poly boxes crumble lots of times in my post office days. A few pence for a mailer keeps it clean and dry.

I had wondered about that, you have confirmed my suspicions.GoonerGary;102178 wrote:I've seen those poly boxes crumble lots of times in my post office days. A few pence for a mailer keeps it clean and dry.
