Lets say if I make a design solely by myself but I decide to use a popular quote from a TV show.. Is it allowed?

For example if I use Bazinga which is a quote that sheldon heavily uses in The Big Bang Theory. Would it compromise the use of their trademark? Further, am I able to use the show's name in the Listing Title to advertise my stock without threat of legal action and if I DONT will it be safe to use?

Check out this thread from this forum. Artygamers post towards the bottom of page 1 is the best example I can think of.

You can't use the name of the show in your product titles because that would infer that there is an association with your product and their trademark.

You will run into copyright problems if your product is similar to official merchandise.

In a court case, a judge would decide if the general public would be confused into believing that your product could be associated with official merchandise. Check out the legal case between Betty Boop and Boop oop a Doop. My advice, stay away.
