Ice Hockey Pucks

Im looking for someone who can print the team logo sticker that goes onto Ice Hockey Pucks.
It is a one colour print on white print media, 65mm round. The glue must be very, very aggressive so it will not come off when playing.
If you can do it I need a quote for 500 pieces.
And I will need a sample to show the customer first.
