So you would actually be printing the garment colour on the white film to effectively mask it.

That would be one big transfer. If I am offered the job would someone here be willing to screen print the main numbers for me and I can do the rest.
Many thanks
Iain

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

Paul's idea would work out at 6 prints per linear meter in a BN-20 so about a quid a print in material costs Plus a few pence worth of reusable transfer film.

This is exactly what i would do. Or maybe diferenty colour to make more contrast and stand out bit more? But could be done. Contour cut it and it would be very nice. But i wouldnt do it for £1 per transfer as this would hardly cover material and ink. Wont mention about any profit

No Paul, not tried anyone myself yet but it's on the list of to do's. Another method could be a coloured vinyl for the number, print names onto that then countour cut it

Mr gobby is right.
Revolution transfers - send them the image and tell them how many you want. For dark garments you want cold peel plastisol. At the volume you want they are are extremely cheap.

Try this guy, David Twycross. Fast, good price and very helpful.
He did something similar for me and I cant recommend him enough.
