Re: Leavers Hoodies

Post by Quinsfan »

I have been approached by my daughters school to do her leavers hoodies. They want the "15" with all the names inside the numbers. Do people really try and weed all of this or are they normally screen printed? I am looking at 95 names. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be a great help. Thank you in advance.
Many thanks
Iain

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

I only have a sub printer or my vinyl cutter. I am hoping to talk then into having individual names instead of the photo above idea.
Many thanks

It would take you an hour to weed each transfer Paul.

The best way to do this is silk screen IF the quantity is high enough to cover the set up cost or use a non weeding laser transfer like sunAngel or WoW even then with the latter two I expect a few a,e,o,p,d,g,b would have the centers filled.
