Why wont it Print. Sun Angel 321dn. Can anybody help???

Recently purchased sun angel printers but they wont print. Designs are going into the print que but not printing. I have managed to get it to print a couple of times but this suddenly happend after about 10 mins after sending it through to the printer. I'm using a mac

I have the same system. You might have it set to manual were you have to press the online button on the printer to send the paper through.

I have also tried this. It's very strange as it will all of a sudden print every now and again a while after i have sent the design through.
Very frustrating!!!

One of the other things I found with all my OKI's I have the TMT OKI 610 as well, is it will try to print first from the main tray.
took me a few tries to get the settings correct. Off the top of my head I cannot remember what I changed, but it was in the feed options.

Is that on the actual printer menu or on the settings within the programme you are using for your designs.

Just keeps saying Tray1 empty.

I'm not at my Mac right now. But it was in when you select printer option after the first print window opens in Photoshop/ CorelDraw.

Hi again this is what works for me

First i checked the Paper feed was set to Multi-purpose Tray,
Then I selected Printer Features, Feature Sets, Paper input options, and used the settings shown in the image below.

If you click the box where it says Multipurpose tray is handled as manual feed, you will have to press the Online button on the printers to get it to print.
