Re: 123 Premium.
if you have been using the 123 then be careful, you cannot hot peel after 3 seconds, and as such the naming of this vinyl as 123 i think is misleading, it seems to be a rebranding of their old premium flex , it tends to be warm peel for longer press, i have to say i will not be buying it again, 3/4 of way through roll of white, and will be using something else next time

I Found it tends to rip when weeding delicate stuff, prefer the other stuff or MDP flex for me

Re: 123 Premium.
I use it all the time but don't remove the carrier straight away. I leave the garment on the press and use a timer set to 15 seconds and it comes off no problem at all. It's a different ball game if using more than one colour though.
Re: 123 Premium.
I've just changed from the 123 flex to 123 premium flex but I'm having a nightmare. I know I'm stupid but I didn't realise 123 meant 3 seconds. I've been happily pressing for 20 seconds before and my heat press is rubbish so it's set at 180 but I've had no problems before, but now with the premium the white letters are coming off with the carrier. I've lowered the temp now and trying out on a scrap t shirt. Feeling really pissed off at this second.

Try it at 120c for 20 seconds then gently remove it from the press (keep it flat) and put it on a worktop to go cold - and i mean cold. You can then peel and just give it another one to two seconds under the press. Before you start always get your press base warmed up, I usually give the shirt a five second burst just to get some warmth into the base and flatten the material.Joohlyauk;103094 wrote:I've just changed from the 123 flex to 123 premium flex but I'm having a nightmare.
