Hi there,
I am new to the sublimation game and I got a kit from Ebay and I am just looking for some advice from you wonderful people. I am looking for timings and temperatures for some items like Flip Flops, Bags and any other products this machine can do. I have seen a couple of videos on you tube but would like some advice from the pros.

Obviously it depends on the item but I do find that a ot of items given for flat-bed presses have to be changed considerably for 3d Press.
Example:
Flat Metal Items like Pet Tags, Keyrings etc - I press at 200c for 4.30mins
Slate I press at 200c for 8 minutes.
I don't do any fabric items right now so can't help you there.
The other thing to note here is that although many people on here are really experienced and will point you in the right direction, you do have to find your own "sweet spot" for your items as everyone's set-up will differ slightly.
For example if you look around the phone case threads you will see some people swear by one set of times/temps and others swear by another.
One overall agreement though is that when you're pressing anything porous, heavy, or requiring a jig you generally have to pre-heat first.

Hi ..I agree with Ucase timing can be vary so best way is to find your own sweet spot (Well said Ucase ).It took me a while to figure out my timings for phone cases ..Its completely different to what ppl says .....Start with recomended timings and if the print is faded increase the timing by 1-2 mins or seems over cooked decrease ....And also timing can be vary to different suppliers of smiler products .......You have to wast some products for sure to find ur sweet spot......
