Hey folks
The above came today and I want to know what I need to print off some mugs? Colour profiler etc? EVERYTHING and any prob's I might encounter. I searched but nothing definitive.
Just about got it talking to my laptop. Gonna be a long night I know.
Any help, links or posts will be loved.

I am assuming that you have got the correct inks for this machine, should be sublimation ink by Sawgrass. If so then you need to register with Sawgrass, as they also take over the warranty from Ricoh, and download their Power Driver to print from.
Many thanks
Iain

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

Hi Steve
here is the link
http://www.sawgrassink.com/Portal/Tech- ... ort-Wizard

Not trying to preach:wink: but download the support manuals as well for the Powerdriver and for the software that you will be using. For me it made the installation of the drivers and setting up CorelDraw and Photoshop easier.

Good luck

Thanks folks. Yup. Got the original inks Only using Gimp as photo/graffics editor though.
So do they provide the s/w to make mug and tshirts with on the presses. Not too happy with Coralgraphs clarity on this. I also asked them to send me the s/w I needed to make shirts/mugs but it would appear team leader Henry is doing most of the work himself. Took the sales call but tried half a dozen times since and no answer!!!
Ps... Who's Steve >:-D

Oh, got the printer working via cable I had. Years since I did cable setup stuff!!!

LOL....if you had not said I would have realized I called you Steve, I don't even know a Steve....

As as far as I know most don't supply software, though you will be able to get template from most Suppliers.

Ah ok, I have not heard of that ink brand. Not sure where you will get the icc profiles. Does Coralgraph not have the profiles ?

it would have been the PowerDrivers that SawGrass provides for their inks.
