I am experiencing a single horizontal line at the top of my paper consistently. When I press this on metal it is seen a little bit. I've already tried Head Cleaning for a few times already and it still persists. Any solutions? Thanks

Is it possible that it is because of too much ink in the paper when printing? I try to dry the paper underneath the press as well (without pressing) and also pressing the metal sheet to lessen moisture.

I used a mug press and this is my first time doing it. What did I do wrong? There are patterned lines presumably from heated material from the mug press.

Temp: 330
Time: 60 seconds
