downloading drivers onto new laptop , but the drivers sit in unclassified , rather than printers, greatful for any guidance

i am looking to print onto a BROWN MOTTLED STONEWARE MUG, I hold th licence for a range of metal kitchen ware, but have been blocked from stocking its matching range of Mugs and ceramics.<br/>

I have sourced similar non copyright images , but need a stoneware type mug ...

PRINTED A NUMBER OF MUGS 180 DEGREES 180 SECS, AND BEEN FINE, NOW NOT TAKING TO THE MUG/ SHADOWY

Any help would be welcome.

Having trouble getting the Powerdriver v4 software seems to be not available since Jan 1st 2018 , can someone point me in the right direction

just purchased a printing pack from Dye Sub supplies in Carlisle.

Struggling to get my head round what i need software wise to print mugs, i have a Ricoh SG3110 printer

suggestions would be great
