Hi Justin
Cadlink's Digital Factory is a good RIP for the money (£350.00)
As i mentioned to Paul you can download a 14 day trial to see how you get on with it before committing.

<r>Hi Justin

Yes you can extend the warranty on the F500, £348.60 ex vat for an extra two years cover including print heads. This can be added anytime during the original warranty period.

Hope this helps
<r>Hello Leealbi791

Sorry to hear about your recent experience with our mugs.

Our normal procedure would be to request images of the faulty mugs and then apply credit if the mugs are out of tolerance.

Can I ask who you emailed so I can follow up our end.
