faded lines in almost solid colours

no pc, think I have solved it now, I had to assign a profile to the preset again, so now just back to the issues I have with slight fading in image in my other post lol

<t>So Little updatePrinter was sent back to CityInk and they tested it and said it was printing fine and sublimated metal sheets and sent them back with the printer to show me, they looked fine, but when I printed another image after a few head cleans and nozzle checks and all that, still getting ...

<t>So I opened up PS cc 2015 and selected my saved images and went to select print, only to find a message that says "Please use adobe colour printer utility if you need to print without colour management" and wants me to download it and can only work with TIFF files, but I have printed other images ...

<r>So done another mug and more specs have appeared and a little bit of bleed from the text, all background data was erased for the image, mug was clean, heating element was cleaned and they still appear, any other ideas before changing paper and inks?<br/>

Ah ok, the image I used was transparent and the specs seem to be on the image shadow, how would I clean up that area without erasing the image or does the work the same?

<t>Have checked the image on ps and these specs are not on the image close up or when printed on the sub paper, no splashing from the ink, only after pressing they seem to appear, I printed a tester on a 10oz mug which I showed the customer and no specs, upgraded to 11oz mug as couldn't get the 10oz ...
