I should have said, my bad. With the t-shirts, they come out ok-ish, but they don't come out clear. and the coasters don't really show up at all. I thought that there was different inks/papers that do different things for different jobs, but i will invest in a infrared thermometer.

I've seen a few on ebay and amazon that are cheaper, but weren't 100% sure if it had to be sublijet or a non-named brand one

I have a SG3110dn printer and have started to run a bit low on ink. Can i use any sublimation ink or does it have to be the specific one for that printer?

i meant a sublimation printer. Its a printer that allows you to transfer images onto t-shirts, mugs, etc.
