I managed to make the sawgrass driver work and well heated up the press before putting the mug in. luckily the black colour issue is resolved. Thanks anyway to all

my mug press have automatic temprature and iam using 200 seconds to cook.

i also tried using lower temprature but the image comes out completely faded
