Thank you, it does make sense. I also read somewhere that light pressure gives better results on metal sheets, maybe it's coating dependant. I'll try 50sec@185deg and report the outcome.

Thank you ... I'll try shorter pressing ... maybe the paper is burned to the surface. Any tips on pressure settings on adkins presses?

Thanks ... good point I'm pressing contrariwise. But what in case i need print both sides? Should i press both sides at once or separately? Doesn't the second pressing affect the already printed side?

Yes i have taken the protective coating off ... i suspect wrong pressure setting but don't know how to properly set high/medium/low setting on adkins press. Anybody using Adkins heat press?
