Re: Newbie Blues - precut paper

<t>Hi. Firstly in Photoshop create a blank new image to the size of your paper. Save that as your master template. Place your images in position and when you are happy with them, flatten the layers, rotate to vertical and save as a jpeg. Select your printer from the print menu and click properties ...

Re: Black dotted line through my prints

<t>Definitely the paper grip wheel. Had the same problem a few years ago when using a paper specifically made for high release on textiles. (Sorry the name has escaped me) It was a thicker than normal paper and the ink stayed wetter, transferring ink to the wheel from dark areas and printing the ...

Re: eBay product purge has begun - no more contact information

<t>The only workaround I can see, to the problem of telling customers where to send images is to put your contact details in the eBay confirmation email they receive after purchase. In the listing just state that they will receive the information they require, after purchase. Not ideal but a lot of ...

Re: Problems with coaster printing

I had a similar problem with a company logo that had a solid black background. From memory I think I upped the temperature a little and also increased pressure.
Hope that helps.

Re: Our gripes of the day!

<t>I buy the heart shape and rectangular keyrings from Coragraph. They come in black boxes with no stickers at all. My gripe by the way, is customers who purchase personalised products and fail to tell you what they want printed. I have 4 eBay purchasers who bought and despite several emails to each ...

Re: Question regarding Ricoh SG7100DN and Ricoh SG800

I have the 7100DN and the SG400 installed on the same PC without any problems so you should be fine.

Re: Newbie issues with print not transfering

Have you checked that the coasters do not have the protective film still on them? Sounds obvious, but many of us have made that mistake at some time or another!

Re: Ebay shop holidays

<t>I think you are living dangerously. For a start, surely a refund triggers a defect on ebay these days, as it will be deemed that you are selling an item which is out of stock. Also, from my experience, some people do not always read emails promptly, and could send a "where is my item" email ...

Re: Ebay shop holidays

I always hide. I did this last week and within a few hours after turning my shop back on again I had 3 orders so it didn't seem to affect things. I must admit, it was rather nice when I was 'invisible' for a few days. Not good for the bank balance but great for my sanity!
