Re: Ultra wide format but that's not all . . . DOUBLE SIDED!

Is there anybody out there who can print dye sub onto 2500mm wide polyester canvas DOUBLE SIDED? Actual dims of largest panel are 3700mm x 2500mm! It requires reverse face to be registered to front face.

I guess this won't be cheap!

Re: It's ok it says "Unofficial".....

<t>The concept of copyright is really very simple - it belongs to the person who originates something. If you have been asked to create a design then it is entirely up to you to decide in advance of accepting the commission as to whether you will retain copyright or not. Copyright controls the right ...

Re: It's ok it says "Unofficial".....

<t>If you made the design then copyright is yours automatically. You do not need to prove 'copyright' merely origination and that can be achieved by ensuring you have an irrefutable method of dating the original.<br/>

Re: What does this mean?

<t>Regarding artwork for mugs or anything the term full bleed means print right up to the edge of the paper. Re: fed up with video quality

Just remember to hold the darn thing horizontally - I can't stand all these video clips on TV shot on phones vertically so 2/3 of the TV screen remains unused! It just encourages the TV companies to use the extra space 'creatively' - eugh!

Re: It's ok it says "Unofficial".....

<t>The basic principle of the 1988 Act is to stop the copying of anyone's work whether it be how something appears or how it functions. With images this means ANY form of publication is an offence so my personal take on this would be that even to advertise [your] work on a public platform such as ...

<t>The point is that you cannot legally use the term 'Replica' to get around these issues. The original copyright owner is still protected under the terms of the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Only the originator has the rights to reproduce any image content or a particular design of ...
