calvinabc did you install usb drivers already. Which model of GOLDCUT plotter do you have? Do you see your device in Device Manager, when you connect it to PC?

Well, from what I remember, I think previously I've installed plotter after a full Windows update. This time, because I was in a hurry, I've installed plotter first, than I updated the system.

Of course I did. Also a few times. It shows COM3 when I plug in plotter.
