Re: Melted Adjustment Screw on Mug Press
I use white gloss and clear glass mugs. The glass ones are a slightly smaller diameter than the white gloss.

<r>Hello everyone,<br/>

I wonder if you can help. My Genie mug press has developed a melted adjustment screw as when the mug press is closed the plastic screw is touching the hot metal blanket. It looks to me like its being caused by the fact that when I move the handle to close the press, the ...

<r>Hello<br/>

I'm having a go at sublimation printing on anodised aluminium to use in jewellery. The black text I've tried is coming out more brown black, even though I get a nice black on my mugs (Ricoh and Trupix paper).<br/>

Re: Clear glass mugs and black text
Thanks Jay.
They actually look quite good now cooled but I'll give 60 secs a go, although it seems a very short time - are your white ceramic mugs the same, as they are on the website?

Re: SG3110DN Printer Ink needs replaced and I've only printed about 30 mugs
Hi - I got your message in my email about your ink but it doesn't seem to be showing up on this thread. Do you sell this ink with cleaning agents in it?
