Depending on how many you need i find it more feesable to draw up the flyers then pass on to a third party for litho printing. much cheaper than the cost of ink and paper.

Just tried a staedtler non-permenant on a piece and dried fine then wiped of with water fine.

If its the same as i use you should be able to scrape a bit of the corner as its just a coating
