Re: Printing problems D120
I too have a D120 and the heads always need about 3-4 cleans if I haven't used it for a few days. Does anyone know if it wastes a lot of ink doing head cleans? Thanks, Jules

Hi Justin, no I don't have the DK3 parts list so if you have a link to it that would be great. Thanks, Jules

Re: HEAT PRESS SPARES
Justin...many thanks.
I looked at Subli Supplies and they do a new element for £85.00
Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Cheers, Jules

Re: HEAT PRESS SPARES
Hi there, does anyone know where I can get spares for a DK3 mug press please? I need a new mug wrap...or at least I need one for a spare.
Can't find anything on Google in the UK so maybe the only way is to get spares from the States?
Thanks, Jules

Re: Paper creasing on mugs...arghhhhhhhhhhhh
Thanks for your help, I'll try pushing the mug to the back before closing as this seems logical and I didn't think of it. I'll let you know how I get on...cheers all, Jules

Re: Paper creasing on mugs...arghhhhhhhhhhhh
<t>Hi there, I am at the end of my tether printing mugs. I always make sure I tape the print on the mug tightly and then put a layer of paper over the top before heating. I then clamp the mug in the press (DK7) and when I open it the paper has creased and the mug has a streak on it. I think I've got ...

Re: YELLOWING ON MUGS AND METAL
Hi Paul, yes the yellowing is just on some white parts of the mugs. I will do as you say and reduce the heating time to see if this solves the problem. With the aluminium plaques...15cm x 15cm I use 190C for 50 seconds. Do you think this is too long?
