I have used many different combinations of paper/quality settings. Non of them worked good with the semi transparent sublimation film. I will try to change my inks and get the appropriate ICC profile.

I think the problem is the surface. The film stretches itself too much because of the height difference between the lower part of the tray and the sublimating surface. That's why no matter the temperature and preheat time is, the film will always break.<br/>

I have the same problem while printing on golden film. Cant find out why.

What kind of sublimation press do you have?
I think the problem comes from high temperature.
