On xpres paper supplied for my epson printer, they instruct the paper to go into the paper tray bright side up.
I have found this to be incorrect.
Placing it in dull side up gave a much stronger and sharper print on my mugs.

Just set up my printer and the prints both on normal paper and on sub paper are faded and watery looking.

Hi. My name is Jennifer and am new to the whole sublimation process. I have my printer, paper and a good selection of mugs. Just waiting on my mug press. Excited to get started.
