I agree with John, yes morally they are wrong but legally there nothing to do with you, your providing the personalisation service, i would just get the customer to sign to say they supplied the goods

I usually go 180 for 180, sounds daft but i usually set the tempt then when it starts its countdown put the mug in then, also it's usually a good idea to "dunk" the mug to stop the process, just be careful it doesn't shatter (I've not had one do it yet but there always a first time).

Good thinking, the bottom ones are covered in tape when new but you break the tape when you install them, also ink goes in the hole where the little bung is, take it out, fill up, replace bung and insert
