I have bought a new mug wrap/blanket for my machine but after putting it together the temp display is showing 000 and not getting hot!

Can some one tell me what I have done wrong?

I am heating mugs on 185 for 210 seconds and until the last week or so it had been fine.

Hi there, having never used BMS before what are their mugs like and do you get many breakages on deliveries?

whats this "gadget"? and how can you creat the profiles? My prints are coming out ok however I think my profile could do with a "tweak"! is there any way you could share your profile for others to try? (sorry not very technical when it comes to things like this!)

Thanks guys, didnt think of doing that as it was working fine yesterday. All sorted now thanks for your help.

I am having problams with my ciss, it had been working fine but today its saying cant recognise cartridges, please can some one tell me how to resolve this issue as I have lots of mugs to print!
