Re: Ricoh Printer Problem - any advice before i throw it out the window?
<r>Hi, I saw your comments on the other thread about contacting the supplier. Unfortunately I am out of warranty <E>:(</E> I did try my suppliers (lovecut) but didn't get much joy - understandably as it was out of warranty I guess. It does seem to be working at the moment though so i will use it as ...

<r><QUOTE author="Scotty@BMS;89637"><s>[QUOTE=Scotty@BMS;89637]</s>Hi Judebill, I totally get where you're coming from. The reset draws a lot of ink down though! Your printer is well out of warranty however, so who could blame you for trying? I think personally I'd buy a new printer and install the ...

Re: Black mug printing shows brown
<t>I too have suffered this! Black mugs have caused me no end of trouble but I have two customers who regularly order their logos on black mugs so I have stuck with it. I found that by pre heating the mugs first has helped though and the last one I did was absolutely spot on with the colour. Not ...

Re: Printing Black onto Gold mugs
<t>I have an Xpres mug machine that stays at the same temp and doesn't have an idling temp. I've packaged them up otherwise I would take a photo. The annoying thing is that some black looks perfect for the some didn't and its the same bit on each mug which is maybe suggesting part of the wrap isn't ...

Re: credit where credit's due - Longforte
I've only ordered a mugs from Longeforte and when they turned up, at least 15 of them were cracked/unuseable - but they were very good and refunded me the cost of the broken mugs! So thank you Longforte

Re: Printing Black onto Gold mugs
I tried a longer time but it looked worse, so back to 150secs and its definitely given the best even coverage on the black. How strange! but I guess that's the beauty of sublimation
