Re: Ink Experts Epson ET-1810

Print quality.

With my sawgrass set up (3110 plus sawgrass inks) I had no complaints about colours, all was good.
With my Epson set up I can say the same thing with an unexpected addition. The brighter colours on some of my designs really appear to "pop" a bit more, noticeably yellows and pinks ...

Re: Anybody used Raja?

This mug printing, are you printing in bulk or doing one off personalsation? I don't have space myself but wonder if either is worthwhile.

I do a bit of both (ish). Small local businesses and clubs plus one off personalised. I don't do bulk as in by the pallet. It's essentially by the tray (12 ...

Re: Anybody used Raja?

Well this morning I decided to put my "big boy pants on" and overcome my aversion to Raja after all the faffing.

Ohhhh..... They print very well.

Re: Anybody used Raja?

If you wrote this as a script nobody would believe it.

The message to the European office gets a next day response including saying they can supply direct. The UK office gets back to me to say the difference between the 10oz and 11oz is the size and the handle shape, with two photos both of the ...

Re: How do you post out your creations your customers?

Mugs - I use a polybox and a plastic grey postal bag, the cardboard mug mailers had too many breakages for my liking. Bulk just goes back out the way they arrived.

In a previous life
T-shirts went in a Royal Mail large letter box in a grey postal bag. Bulk went in a bigger box.

Having come back to ...

Re: Anybody used Raja?

Email sent to the European Office :-

Good day and thank you for your previous response.
It appears Joanne and Beth really don't like answering emails. I sent a simple question on Friday and have not received a response. It appears I am not alone with this.

Here is part of the conversation with the ...

Re: Anybody used Raja?

There are apparently 2 people working in the UK warehouse who answer emails (Joanne/Beth) according to the European office. Note "apparently".

OX Mugs - New to me!

Anybody tried OX mugs by Signzworld? Marketed as a premium mug, but having been out of the game for so long I've never heard of them.

Skip that..... I have just checked the reviews for Signzworld on Trustpilot, oh dear.
